Setting up his own company, Bimba Projects Pty Ltd in February 2018, Harry’s expertise in Tenancy Coordination, Retail Small Projects and Development Management has meant that the Bimba team continue to work with a number of major Shopping Centres around Australia in both new and renewal of retail tenancy projects and base building works.
From a family background entrenched in design and construction coming from two architect parents, Harry has been involved in the construction industry for over 10 years and leads the Bimba Projects team. He has a proven capability to deliver projects in all fields but has chosen to specialise in the retail building industry. With a very personable approach to his work, he has a reputation for being knowledgeable, professional, and experienced and is results driven.
Bimba Projects specialises in Tenancy Coordination for the Retail service industry. A good TC Manager is an important member of any Retail Asset Team. TC is the pivotal conduit between Asset Management, Tenants, Designers and fit-out contractors. It is a busy, yet exciting role to play a major part of creating a world-leading retail environment.
Bimba Projects are involved in every new project from the very beginning, working closely with architects and engineers to go over plans and specifications lists. Making timetables for the project, determining material and labour costs, negotiating with and hiring subcontractors and workers, scheduling workers on site, gathering permits and making sure everything is up to code.
