Patrick has a well-rounded knowledge and understanding of the New South Wales Council system, the Planning process and the associated legislation dealing with all types of Planning whether it be building renovations, construction of new dwellings or commercial premises, subdivision of land, rezoning projects or objections to developments.
Clients are drawn to working with Patrick as he is very thorough, has fantastic communication between clients, other Consultants working on the project and Council which helps deliver outcomes. He has an incredible eye to detail and a very comprehensive systematic approach to his work.
Our offices are based in Cowra and Cooma, NSW, and we offer Design and Drafting services, Town Planning and Council application management.
